Protest & Feedback System

PFS is the official protest and feedback submission platform for EWC26. Choose a submission type below, complete the matching form, and track your case by email.

Confirm your submission type below before filing. Serious Integrity Reports, including match-fixing, cheating, corruption, doping, and safeguarding concerns, are not handled through PFS. If your issue is an integrity matter, review the Serious Integrity Reports section first.

General Protest

A formal challenge to competition matters not tied to a specific live match — eligibility decisions, roster status, ranking errors, seeding, or administrative/clerical errors.

Eligible submitters

  • Club Representative¹
  • Team Manager (if no Club Operator)
  • Independent Player (if no Club Operator)

No formal deadline. May be submitted at any point during the competition period.

Match-Related Protest

A formal challenge regarding a specific match — rule breaches, technical faults, or equipment problems that affected participants unevenly.

Eligible submitters

  • Club Representative¹ (after match end)
  • Coach
  • Registered Team Player
  • Team Manager (if no Club Operator)
  • Independent Player (if no Club Operator)

Must be filed within 72 hours of the match start. Submissions after the 72-hour window are handled as General Protests.

Feedback

Non-formal submissions on competition rules, format, operations, travel, accommodation, catering, or player experience. Not adjudicated; no remedies are provided.

Eligible submitters

  • Club Representative¹
  • Coach
  • Registered Team Player
  • Team Manager
  • Independent Player (if no Club Operator)

No formal deadline. Feedback submissions seeking a decision, action, or remedy may be reclassified as a General Protest and deemed inadmissible. Improper framing may constitute abuse of process and count toward the unsuccessful submission limit.

How it works

    Submit

    Complete the form. You'll get a confirmation email with your Submission ID and evidence folder link.

  2. 2

    Track

    You'll be notified by email at each status change — Received, In Review, Awaiting Information, Decision Issued.

  3. 3

    Respond

    If additional information is required, the case management team will contact you directly.

  4. 4

    Receive

    When a decision is issued you'll receive an email with the outcome, basis, and closing summary.

Submitter verification

Submissions through PFS are open to individuals with standing under the EWC26 Protest Rules. Your eligibility is verified as part of the case management process. Verified emails may submit directly; unverified addresses must complete the PFS Submitter Verification request first.

Pre-submission checklist

    Check your standing

    Confirm you are eligible to submit under the requirements for your chosen submission type.

  • 2

    Check the deadline

    Match-Related Protests must be submitted within 72 hours of the match start time.

  • 3

    Check your club limit

    Each club is allowed a maximum of three counted unsuccessful submissions per season.

Required submission components

  • The specific act, omission, decision, or error being challenged
  • The grounds on which the protest is made
  • The material facts relied upon
  • The date and time the incident occurred or became known
  • The outcome or remedy sought (excludes Feedback)
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, documents, video clips)

Serious integrity reports

Serious Integrity Reports, including match-fixing, cheating, corruption, doping, safeguarding, and other serious integrity or conduct matters, do not fall within the protest process. Report them through one of the following routes.
